For a quote or contact request we process your name, address, phone number, email address and the details you enter in the form yourself (such as photos of the property). We use this data only to prepare the quote and schedule the work.
Quote requests are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the agreement, plus the statutory (fiscal) retention period of 7 years for administrative records.
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties required for our services (such as our administration and planning software), always within the EU and under a data processing agreement.
