These terms and conditions apply to all quotes and agreements of Queen Schoonmaak.
All quotes are free of obligation and valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded after written or digital confirmation.
We carry out the work according to the agreed cleaning programme, with qualified and vetted staff. The client provides access to the property and working utilities (water, electricity).
If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning visit, report it within 24 hours. We redo the work free of charge within 48 hours.
Individual appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Recurring agreements carry a three-month notice period.
Queen Schoonmaak is insured for damage caused during the work by demonstrable actions of our staff. Report damage within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurer.
Invoices are sent digitally with a payment term of 14 days. For recurring cleaning we invoice monthly in advance.
