A clean home is more than a tidy house: it is peace of mind. Queen Schoonmaak provides weekly or fortnightly home cleaning in Rotterdam, the Drechtsteden and surroundings. You get a fixed cleaner who gets to know your home, your wishes and even the spots you always forget yourself.
We work with a personal cleaning plan. During the free assessment we walk through your home together and agree exactly what happens each visit: vacuuming and mopping, bathroom and sanitary ware, kitchen and appliances, dusting at every height. Extra wishes such as inside windows, the fridge or the bedding are simply included.
All our staff are vetted, insured and permanently employed. No rotating faces or last-minute cancellations: you know exactly who is coming and when. And if you are ever not satisfied? We come back free of charge.
No. Our teams bring professional materials and eco-friendly products. If you prefer your own products, we are happy to use those instead.
Yes — that is exactly our principle. You get one familiar face; only during illness or holidays do we send an equally qualified, briefed replacement.
Our hourly rate starts from €55 excl. VAT. For recurring weekly cleaning we set a fixed price after a free assessment, so you know exactly where you stand.
Not at all. Many clients entrust us with a key; it is registered and stored securely. You simply come home to a clean house.
